Fresh funding for AI expansion supports a continued bid for AI stocks as compute spending shows no sign of slowing. Meta committed to $95B in shareholder dilution for AI, Anthropic is set to have $200B in cash in a couple of weeks, and SpaceX got a $40B Apollo loan solely to buy more Nvidia GPUs. Anthropic's long-term compute commitments make semiconductor stocks' pricing of a sharp downturn next year look too pessimistic. Anthropic has committed at least $44.9 billion to Microsoft by May 2033, approximately $114.5 billion to Google by July 2033 and $110 billion to Amazon by April 2036, largely regardless of usage.
