Robinhood is oozing free cash flow despite the less favorable market. At 27x forward free cash flow, it is an undeniable bargain, and the stock is unlikely to get much cheaper. The near-term outlook is not particularly exciting, but risk appetite will return and investors will trade aggressively again; a crypto recovery would light a spark under the business. Robinhood's growing prediction markets, options and Gold subscriptions make the $90s one of the most exciting times to buy. Q3 event-contract revenue reached $173 million, up over sixfold, options rose 31% to $399 million, and Gold subscribers reached a record 5.2 million. Robinhood's stock needs faster user growth to move higher, and that is its biggest challenge in 2026. The long-term thesis rests on both user growth and users' wealth growing as they age. Wealth growth is going well, but user growth isn't holding ground against competitors, with about 400,000 customers added through February. x.com 

Robinhood's growing revenue lines make the business more scalable as users and Gold subscriptions expand. Its Q3 slide shows 14 lines at or above $100M in annualized revenue, up from 11 in 2025. Funded customers reached 28.7M (+7% YoY), Gold subscribers 5.2M (+34%) and revenue per user $200 (+5%).
