Ondas' share price is not rising with revenue because of heavy dilution: its share count grew about 5x, from 105M in March 2025 to 504M by June 2026. x.comÂ

Ondas' $56M purchase of Insignito, Ottopia Defense and Caribou Labs adds acoustic drone detection, resilient communications and GPS-denied navigation, giving it more to sell and more ways to win as it chases larger defense programs. Following DZYNE ($876M), GATE and Bron, Cyberhawk, Omnisys and World View, its stack now covers detecting, communicating, navigating and striking in contested airspace. The open question is integration. x.comÂ
Ondas Holdings' acquisition strategy risks diluting shareholders if revenue cannot catch up with share issuance over a modest period. The model can work if it does; otherwise value gets diluted away. Fair value looks like $3-5. x.comÂ
Ondas has no revenue of its own outside acquired companies, and further buyouts will dilute shareholders. Its 44% short float signals that the market has little faith in it. Shares are headed below $5 and back to penny-stock status before the company performs in the long run. x.com x.com x.com x.com x.comÂ
Ondas has proven its execution, overturning last year's fear that dilution made it uninvestable. Its CEO reported strong fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, raised the 2026 outlook by more than 2x and said Ondas has about $1.5 billion of cash to execute in a massive, fast-growing market. x.com x.comÂ
Ondas's stock may run in place for a while because its accretive acquisitions keep being used to justify more dilution. Acquisitions may add to revenue, and Ondas could become a powerhouse eventually, but continued dilution offsets the gains. x.comÂ
Ondas's share-funded acquisitions look very risky without a strong core business to make them work. It has raised $1.8B selling shares, yet roughly $1.4B sits in cash and short-term investments. One customer provides 55% of revenue, and $252M plus $742M in stock spent on acquisitions has not produced big revenue; continued raises and management pay add to the concern. x.comÂ
Ondas could have serious upside over the next few years if it delivers anywhere close to the 30%-40% portfolio growth its CEO Eric Brock expects. At current levels, the stock is starting to look compelling. x.comÂ
Ondas's business looks stronger after Q2, but the stock is a different story because expectations were already very high and profitability remains far away. Revenue of $83.8M rose 67% quarter over quarter, pro forma backlog reached about $757M with $105M more booked in Q3, and FY2026 guidance rose to $525-$550M from at least $390M. Yet EPS of -$0.19 missed badly and the adjusted EBITDA loss widened to about -$50.6M, and shares sold off despite the beat and raise. x.comÂ
Ondas's growth without margin discipline is a warning because it is so far from profitable: its EBITDA loss widened from $10.9M to $50.6M in one quarter. Revenue, orders and defense contracts are real, and guidance rose by $160M, yet the stock fell 8%. x.comÂ
Ondas now trades below 12x forward sales for the first time since summer 2025, in line with a typical fast-growing stock. That uses an aggressive $475M 2026 revenue estimate, well ahead of company forecasts, and both basic and fully diluted share counts now show potential gains after a valuation that long looked bloated even on those projections. x.comÂ
Ondas stock is being suppressed by constant dilution, an acquisition spree and a warrant overhang. It should not break out until the warrant overhang clears; a dip into the mid-$8s could make it worth revisiting. x.comÂ
