Figma mocks and long PRDs are becoming obsolete as AI lets teams build interactive prototypes instead. Per Claude Code engineering lead Boris Cherny, Anthropic barely writes PRDs and ships 15-20 interactive prototypes for a feature in a day and a half, and its product could not have shipped starting from static Figma mocks.
