It withdrew its roughly $50M revenue outlook after customers delayed deployments, but orders were not cancelled, and its new update clears up some uncertainty. AmpliTech is priced like a parts maker at 2.6x 2026 revenue guidance despite AI-RAN and quantum growth, so a re-rating alone could drive returns. Q1 revenue rose 49% to $5.35M at a 48% gross margin with no debt; it has the only US O-RAN certified 64T64R Massive MIMO radio and supplies two Fortune 50 quantum customers. It guides $50M for 2026, and customers are skipping LOIs for purchase orders. Risks: one customer is ~50% of revenue and rights could add 36% more shares. x.com 

AmpliTech's termination of its untapped ATM is a rare capital-allocation signal for a microcap: removing the dilution overhang while the order book grows shows the balance sheet can fund growth on its own. The board also authorized a $10M buyback over 24 months, backed by no debt and record revenue, though killing the ATM matters more than buybacks for a growth company.
