Nebius has $3.5B in financing, IREN $2.4B at 9% and SPCX $40B for GPU equipment. SK hynix expects shortages through at least 2030 and Samsung says HBM4 is sold out; memory companies are making money with no sign of slowing. Google expects 2027 capex to rise significantly. Networking, power and compute look more durable than cyclical memory in the AI buildout. Lumentum's revenue compounded year after year across the 2010s and 2020s, unlike Micron's; AWS revenue also compounded. Micron and Sandisk's current demand strength is already priced in. The market already knows today's demand is strong, after Micron said it "can't meet even half" of data center memory demand, per @PolymarketMoney. What matters is memory demand in 2028-2030 and beyond. x.comÂ
