Nvidia is the most attractive AI stock on a risk-first view, not for the highest upside but for the simplicity, quality and certainty of its business model. Its upside-to-downside asymmetry isn't high, but quality and safety are much higher, which matters in cyclical semiconductors where optimistic bull cases mislead and the bear case decides an investment's quality.
