Keel Infrastructure's management is not at the level of the best companies in the space, and management is the most important variable. Most of these companies' value lies in future plans, not existing power assets, so being elite at securing power, deals and financing drives stock performance. Per Green Street, Meta is in advanced talks to lease parts of CleanSpark's high-power sites, and a take-or-pay contract in H2 2026 would trigger that shift. CleanSpark controls 1.8GW of contracted power, only 808MW used, and hired KBW's Ruben Sahakyan to speed financing of its Georgia and Texas AI campuses.
