Its new $3.5B Citi facility bolsters capital access; Nebius says prepayments on roughly 70% of Q2 deals covered 50-60% of related capex. Its integrated cloud and NVIDIA collaboration strengthen its platform; Palantir may bring enterprise demand but has yet to yield revenue. Nebius is best positioned for the AI infrastructure boom because its roughly 400% revenue growth and strong execution accompany the least leverage among its peers. It is the neocloud pick by a mile: CoreWeave and Oracle are overleveraged, while IREN looks inferior and unproven. x.com 

Nebius can fall with neocloud peers because the market prices sector risk rather than each company's quality. Nebius and SPCX are better companies than 99% of the others, yet Nebius would not be immune to a WOLF or CoreWeave default; some weaker names may never recover. x.com 

Neocloud consolidation amid tightening financing is probably very bullish for Nebius. Elon Musk says debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to companies without substantial revenue outside AI data centers, leaving most of the 200-plus neoclouds facing failure or consolidation; only some will survive. x.com 

Nebius's better debt position than CoreWeave's supports preferring Nebius. CoreWeave's heavy debt and negative free cash flow heighten the risk that neocloud contract growth will not fund expansion. It has $104.2B in backlog against $35.6B in debt and negative $5.74B quarterly free cash flow; Nebius has over $40B in contracts but $5.7B quarterly capex and customer-concentration risk. DigitalOcean's diversified cloud model reduces reliance on debt-funded GPU expansion, while TeraWulf avoids direct GPU depreciation but faces capital-intensive construction. x.com 

Nebius looks cheaper against a year of stronger execution, leaving room for its shares to rise. EV/current ARR fell from 57x to 14x as quarterly revenue rose from $105M to $582M and adjusted EBITDA moved from -$21M to +$236M.
