Google's advertising business is losing ground to Meta and others, while Cloud, including TPU hardware sales, has not yet delivered the growth driving its AI transition. The Trade Desk's short-term upside from ChatGPT monetization is undervalued as OpenAI moves to ads. At $22, down from $139, it is priced for distress or disruption even though the business seems to be doing okay, leaving perhaps 40-50% upside back to the low $30s on mean reversion. MNTN's risk-reward looks almost too good, as AI video tools let long-tail advertisers make ads good enough for connected TV, inventory that badly needs them. CTV ad quality lags Meta's by miles; HBO Max's ad tier repeats the same few ads, showing valuable inventory poorly used. MNTN focuses on the long tail, and its QuickFrame AI generator made solid video from stills where Meta's tools lack such features. Posts report Axon Pixel installs up 11.7% week over week, which if true is extremely bullish. The pixel lets AppLovin's AI see what people buy after clicking an ad, so it is basically a live count of e-commerce advertisers, and more pixels mean more advertisers and a smarter engine for all of them. x.com 

AppLovin needs a very clean quarter to rebuild confidence. Investors question how much market-share runway its gaming ad business has left and how sustainable its very high margins are, and last quarter's model-upgrade cadence issues raised new execution concerns.
