The Clearing House, which settles $2 trillion a day for 25 major US banks, picked Quant for its on-chain money network; Quant is now built into Murex MX.3, the software running 65 of the world's 100 largest banks; and the European Central Bank picked it to help test the digital euro. Its roughly 90% weekly candle came on real infrastructure news: interoperability for tokenized deposits across major US banks plus live UK bank transactions. Quant's existing UK bank relationships could open another major door in the UK's digital gilt pilot. Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds and NatWest are involved in both that pilot and the UK GBTD tokenized deposits project, where Quant Network provides the technology. HQ's 32% drop came from index arbitrageurs selling on incorrect data that has since been corrected, leaving them to decide what to do with the shares they sold. The QTUM ETF, which owns 6,565,887 HQ shares, most of the float, published weighting changes against its semi-annual review rules, implying ~3M shares to sell.
