New models will be placed in testing and monitoring harnesses that require huge compute capacity, likely some form of inference, though that call is low-confidence. Nvidia crushed earnings, beating on revenue and EPS with strong guidance, and the AI supercycle continues. After-hours volatility should be short-lived, and an earnings-beat selloff would be a no-brainer buying opportunity, as when Alphabet gapped down on a beat and rose about 20% within a week. Early in AI's progress the upside is incomprehensible, so a $5 trillion valuation is no longer large, and law-of-large-numbers limits may only bite once AI fully proliferates. Hyperscale revenue was $48.7 billion, up 13% quarter over quarter, while the ACIE segment reached $40.3 billion, up 25% sequentially and 138% year over year.
