Its IPO filing reports H1 revenue up 14-fold to $16.3B, 11,900+ customers spending $100K+ annually and 1,900+ spending $1M+, alongside $9B in H1 infrastructure spending and about $430B in future compute commitments. x.com 

NVIDIA looks close to the top of an AI bubble, with a two-year megaphone pattern signaling exhaustion of growth. Such expanding, volatile patterns historically don't end painlessly. At $221.97 it trades at 10.4x estimated FY2029 earnings; even at $350, nearly 58% higher, it would trade near 16.4x. Estimates imply roughly 130% cumulative EPS growth over the next two fiscal years and may be conservative. SpaceX and Meta earnings look bullish for future chip demand. Nvidia's cash could have more value invested in AI companies with strong demand but too little capital to scale, especially neoclouds that can execute. Their valuations look very attractive now, making equity stakes preferable to more buybacks or dividends despite criticism of circular deals. Nvidia's AI profits are real, but its compute demand depends heavily on fragile venture funding. Per Chamath, 1% of firms account for 90% of AI spending, and 72 cents of each dollar comes from unprofitable VC-backed firms.
