These are production-capacity orders, not evaluations, and the customer expects the second processor eventually to exceed the volumes of the first, already in high-volume production. Teradyne's new burn-in on Titan HP overlaps only with package-level Sonoma work, not FOX-XP wafer-level burn-in that screens dies before costly CoWoS packaging. x.com
