Marvell looks like the biggest bubble mankind has ever seen at about 100x trailing earnings, 170x forward earnings and 33x sales. The stock added about $110 a share, roughly $100B of market cap, after Jensen Huang said it will become a trillion-dollar company. x.com 

Marvell is a loser from the AI-lab slowdown, because it can't earn premium margins if Nvidia and Broadcom also see a pause. Lab leaders including Elon Musk, Dario Amodei and Sam Altman have pivoted to warning that AI could kill you, which, with AI already polling badly, will make it much harder for AI to attract investment. x.com 

Marvell can become the next $1 trillion company, which makes the investing case simple. Jensen Huang was cited as saying so, and even if that comment actually referred to AMD, Marvell can still reach the mark. x.com  x.com 

Marvell's ambitious long-range outlook is encouraging about hyperscaler and AI-lab spending plans, but hitting it depends on AI revenue and token consumption soaring through decade's end. Even if its FY28 estimates rise again, Marvell trades at a healthy premium to Nvidia and Broadcom, especially on a GAAP basis, and those two are growing fast too. x.com 

Nvidia's shares remain pressured because neoclouds have yet to show demand revenue can cover debt service even at higher rates. CoreWeave and Nebius are dragging the shares, though that concern is being priced in and digested. Reuters reports ByteDance, Alibaba and Tencent ordered $35B in Nvidia chips; Elon Musk says SpaceX is on track to bring roughly 200,000 GB300 GPUs online per month through end-2026. The Lumentum merger makes Marvell's path toward a $1 trillion valuation look clearer if it executes well. Jensen Huang had called Marvell the next $1 trillion company. Lumentum's demand is sold for the next two to three years, though whether that gives Marvell an edge remains an open question. Marvell looks like a long-term opportunity, but the route to building a position is still unclear. x.com 

Financing risk makes AI-linked growth stocks unattractive to add here. Much of the money reaching suppliers such as Nvidia and Micron is financed, so harder funding would limit spending on chips, compute and memory. The buildout is not over, but stock prices could remain suppressed until it slows. A significant drawdown would make adding appealing; for many high-beta names with weak fundamentals and balance sheets, the highs look to be in. x.com 

Marvell looks very expensive on 2027 estimates compared with Nvidia, though not a short at current levels. Memory spot is also a better bet, despite the week's fear. x.com 

Marvell is down 16% from its recent all-time high despite strong signals that aren't being talked about enough. Jensen Huang called it the next trillion-dollar company on June 2, President Trump made his largest purchase, $5.25M of Marvell, in July, and Marvell signed a custom chip partnership with Alphabet last month. x.com 

NVIDIA's projected earnings growth could support substantial upside without an enormous multiple. At $221.97 it trades at 10.4x estimated FY2029 earnings; even at $350, nearly 58% higher, it would trade near 16.4x. Estimates imply roughly 130% cumulative EPS growth over the next two fiscal years and may be conservative. SpaceX and Meta earnings look bullish for future chip demand.
