It has secured land, power and shell capacity at SB Energy's PORTS-Pike campus in Ohio, which will exclusively host Nvidia AI factories, with OpenAI leasing 8 IT-GW for 20 years. CUDA is Nvidia's quiet moat because it keeps Ampere, Hopper and Blackwell GPUs productive for their entire economic life, making them rentable, durable and financeable. Enterprise and neocloud demand is creating a second wave of AI infrastructure spending, with tailwinds for Nvidia and Super Micro.
