Eos Energy looks like a great long-term entry below $4 as energy storage becomes part of the AI infrastructure buildout. Data centers need not only power but reliability, redundancy and grid flexibility. After a 27x run in 2024-2025, the stock is in a normal wave-2 correction, with a bottom likely in the 0.5-0.618 retracement zone and weekly bullish divergences forming, though it has not bottomed yet. It remains high risk: unprofitable, burning cash and facing execution concerns. x.com 

Eos Energy's operating losses and debt burden threaten shareholders with further dilution. Its SEC-based reconstruction shows shares rising from roughly 200 million to 364 million, with a potential 636 million if all convertibles and warrants convert or are exercised. Operating losses run near $80 million per quarter, and financing interest is about $10 million quarterly until 2032. x.com 

Deep drawdowns and extreme pessimism are making the long-term risk/reward more attractive for AI-infrastructure names such as Cipher Mining, CoreWeave, Eos Energy, Galaxy Digital, IREN Limited and T1 Energy. After 50-90% drawdowns, many trade at bear-market discounts and near major support, making downside easier to define.
