After an earlier $3 billion hosting deal was followed by a $1.1 billion convert, it is proposing another $850 million convert alongside a 20-year lease. Cipher's existing AWS and Fluidstack relationships answer concern that a lack of tenants will stall its infrastructure buildout. AI infrastructure is still being built and monetized despite bubble fears. Cipher's extra Barber Lake spend should earn a double-digit unlevered yield on current estimates. The convertible pays for overruns shared with the tenant; capex has reached $14M/MW amid labor and supply-chain inflation. The stock should not rise on the financing news, but will be much higher once the site is leased. Modine Manufacturing is a pure play on data-center thermal management, and its November 18 investor day could send it higher if it confidently sets big 2028-29 targets. It already cites two hyperscalers and one neocloud as customers, and which hyperscalers they are does not matter. Its valuation, which had grown stretched along with Vertiv's, now looks more intriguing than ever. x.com 

Demand for AI capacity without Magnificent Seven lock-in underpins the long-term case for Cipher Digital. The stock also looks unusually oversold in the short term, at a level not seen since 2022. x.com 

Cipher Mining's data-center landlord model looks safer than operators relying on short-term contracts because its tenant pays most of the costs. The stock is back in single digits at about a $4B market cap after falling 30.53% in five days. x.com 

Cipher Digital's weak quarter reflects a deliberate pivot, not a broken business: it is decommissioning bitcoin mining to convert sites into AI and HPC data centers.
