Bernstein maps a gross power pipeline of 3.6 GW by the early 2030s across five sites in New York, Kentucky and Maryland, but models Muskie at 1 GW while CEO Paul Prager says he is increasingly optimistic about expanding it to 2 GW, with active tenant talks and near-term power. Talen Energy owns assets that cannot be cheaply rebuilt, and its growth after 2027 comes from a specific data center contract. Its 10.1 GW across ten eastern-grid plants is anchored by the 2.2 GW Susquehanna nuclear station, whose adjacent data center campus has a ten-year deal with a large cloud customer. Rebuilding would cost $12,300-17,570 per kW and take 84 months, and costs keep rising. Oklo is a high-conviction play because advanced nuclear is the answer to the AI energy crisis and the company is executing. It reported its first revenue, $1.2M, in Q2 2026, agreed with Meta to develop a 1.2 GW clean-energy campus in Ohio for AI data centers, and signed a letter of intent with Centrus Energy for domestic HALEU fuel for up to five Aurora reactors. New Era Energy & Digital is lining up power and permits for a 1.4GW AI campus, Texas Critical Data Centers, on 493 acres in Ector County. It signed a 20-year deal to buy up to 207MW from Vistra's Odessa gas plant, with power expected in Q3 2027, and Vistra gets a 5% non-voting stake in the part it powers. Construction permits are in hand, but the data center business is pre-revenue, making it the highest-risk name on the list. x.com 

TeraWulf has two potential catalysts in the coming months. Anthropic's S-1 filing should reassure investors about TeraWulf's heavy customer concentration in Anthropic. A lease at Muskie, its other Kentucky site marketing 500MW of gross power for second-half 2028 delivery, would almost certainly diversify its customer base and add $600MM+ of contracted average annual NOI, over 50% growth on the existing $1.2B+. x.com

Vistra runs a 44 GW fleet with nuclear power deals with Meta and Cogentrix gas expansion. Bloom Energy's revenue rose 91% to $3.11B on fuel cells for data centers, with $3.9-4.2B guided for 2026.
