Energy, cooling and minerals are overlooked chokepoints in the AI supply chain, per World Economic Forum analysis, and the purer, undervalued plays are Fluence, Bloom Energy, Auras Technology, IQE and AXT. Bloom has a 2.8 GW master agreement for Oracle and a $5B Brookfield partnership; Fluence has agreements with two hyperscalers. Auras holds 25% share of Nvidia GB300 cold plates. IQE's VCSEL epi wafers and AXT's InP and GaAs substrates for optical interconnects still have tiny market caps. x.com x.comÂ
Bloom Energy has a better investor-confidence setup than neoclouds for exposure to AI's compute and energy needs. If compute remains insufficient to power AI growth, Bloom is likely to do better than a neocloud basket. x.comÂ
Energy providers such as Bloom Energy, Vistra and Constellation Energy look most likely to win from the Musk-neocloud dispute because power is the main US AI bottleneck, as Musk has said. SpaceX might bring 20 GW online next year; that scale could bid up the energy sector even without Bloom supplying SpaceX. x.com x.comÂ
Bloom Energy's demand may not become revenue when customers struggle to secure financing. Capital is difficult to raise in this climate; a reading of management's AI discussion also points to permitting, local opposition and customer credit as obstacles despite robust demand. Even after good earnings, the shares did not look very bullish. x.com x.comÂ
Energy stocks are set to create generational wealth this year, and Vistra, Bloom Energy, Oklo, Cipher Mining and TeraWulf could each 10x. Vistra runs a 44 GW fleet with nuclear power deals with Meta and Cogentrix gas expansion. Bloom Energy's revenue rose 91% to $3.11B on fuel cells for data centers, with $3.9-4.2B guided for 2026. Oklo is a pre-revenue SMR developer with $2.47B of cash. Cipher Mining and TeraWulf are pivoting bitcoin mining sites to AI and HPC hosting on cheap power. x.com … Show more

Bloom Energy's fast on-site generation could earn a premium by shortening the wait for AI compute. Anthropic's S-1 says it may buy generation equipment above prevailing market rates if it can be deployed faster. Some planned Anthropic data centers rely on dedicated on-site gas generation, and it has committed to cover consumer power-price increases they cause. Bloom's pitch is power in months rather than years waiting for the grid. x.comÂ
AI infrastructure names such as Vertiv, Bloom Energy and Sterling are an attractive, asymmetric short because slowing data-center builds should slow their order growth. Semis are historically overbought, a $200 billion company jumped 40% on its CEO calling it undervalued, companies may start rationalizing AI spend, Anthropic's revenue acceleration could slow, and a $1.5 trillion space IPO looms. Any waning momentum could cause severe unraveling. This is a high-conviction playbook into September. … Show more
Bloom Energy has a power moat because AI needs enormous amounts of electricity and the grid cannot keep up. Bloom can bring power directly to data centers without waiting years for grid capacity. Nancy Pelosi has also disclosed up to $12M of purchases in the stock. x.comÂ
AI product, networking, compute and power demand could reward patient owners of Meta, Nokia, Oracle, Broadcom, IREN and Vistra. Meta's Muse could unlock massive revenue; free cash flow could recover when AI spending slows. Nokia works with Nvidia on AI-RAN and 6G. Oracle has $664B in obligations and massive potential reward from OpenAI. Broadcom's AI chip revenue rose 221% to $16.7B; IREN has a $9.7B Microsoft contract and 5 GW of power. AI power bottlenecks favor Vistra. x.com x.com x.com x.com … Show more
Bloom Energy looks hard to justify at these levels, while Tesla is the stronger company over five years. Bloom is a $4 billion run-rate supplier that must keep doubling, with a multiple resting almost entirely on AI needing onsite power; if AI capex pauses, its story wobbles. Tesla prints about $100 billion a year with a fortress balance sheet, and its multiple bets on FSD, Cybercab, energy and Optimus atop a real car company. Bloom can still be the hotter trade for a quarter or two. x.com x.comÂ
AI demand could drive a big run in Broadcom, IREN, Oracle, Qualcomm, Nokia and Vistra. IREN's 2 GW of uncontracted power gives it massive upside potential; Vistra's roughly 3.8 GW of Meta and Amazon agreements position it for data-center power demand. Broadcom supplies custom AI chips and networking; Oracle has $664B in backlog and a $300B OpenAI deal; Qualcomm is one of tech's most undervalued names with CPU, physical-AI and data-center exposure; Nokia is essential to AI networking. x.com x.com … Show more
