Bitcoin ETF IBIT's whale accumulation at 30.2% remains too low for a sustained move higher. It is testing a new volatility hole at $43.30-$49.50; $48 must be cleared for acceleration, while $39.40 and $44.10 are near-term support. x.comÂ

Bitcoin's momentum is starting to build after a confirmed bottom, choppy consolidation, a false breakdown and a whale reload. Whale accumulation has risen modestly to 27.3%. The longest momentum bar is near-term resistance, and a clean break above it would likely unlock further momentum. x.comÂ
Bitcoin's upside needs lower oil and inflation and stronger risk appetite; that macro shift has not arrived. IBIT holding 46.3 is a good sign, and its topping short-term cycle is not a deal killer. x.comÂ
Bitcoin's ETF floor may keep a continuing bear phase range-bound rather than end it. The dashboard assigns 55% to a $52-85k institutional range and 30% to a cyclical bear reaching $40-55k by Q4 2026-Q1 2027; only 9% goes to an $85-150k extension if macro conditions clear and flows revive. Bitcoin must hold about $85k into year-end or clear $100k this year before the bearish phase can be called over. x.comÂ
The iShares Bitcoin Trust is a bet that liquidity turns before the tape shows it. Miners mint a fixed 450 BTC a day until 2028, and ETF inflows led by this fund routinely absorb multiples of that. Grayscale bleeds fees and MicroStrategy is a levered wrapper, while IBIT holds spot bitcoin 1:1 at a 0.25% fee with about $58B AUM. June's record outflows shook out the tourists. It has no earnings and is extremely volatile; the risk is long yields keep rising and liquidity never turns. x.comÂ
Bitcoin's resilient spot ETF holders support a tentative June-bottom call. Holdings fell only 11% while Bitcoin fell 53%, its shallowest bear market versus 77% and 84% in the last two; ETFs have since added 87,000 BTC. The bounce stayed strong amid higher yields. Galaxy Research says the bear market ended in June, citing less long-term-holder selling and five weekly closes above the 50-week average; it would reconsider on a weekly close below that average, near $76,540. x.com x.com x.comÂ
Bitcoin's near-term macro backdrop is not yet favorable because the Fed balance sheet is stuck at $6.75 trillion, so patience is warranted. The Fed will eventually have to step in for debt markets. ETF inflows leave time for October to turn positive, while Bitwise raised its 2036 target to $1.6 million and says institutions may allocate 1% to 5% as adoption and debasement-hedge demand rise. A U.S. Strategic Bitcoin Reserve may start buying very soon once crypto rules are settled. x.com x.com … Show more
Bitcoin looks primed for its next leg up sooner than expected, as dealer positioning points to a near-term breakout from its $81K-$85K consolidation. It has followed a consistent pattern of consolidating, building a base and then breaking higher, and the target is $90K+. x.comÂ
Bitcoin's Coinbase Institutional withdrawals into the dip look like quiet accumulation. Whale Alert reported 648 BTC, worth about $51.9 million, moving from Coinbase Institutional to an unknown wallet, adding a different demand signal to the earlier ETF-flow case. x.comÂ
The Fed's continuing inflation focus and prospect of expensive money for longer are eroding Bitcoin's initial relief from the rate hold. At the 3.75%-4.00% hold, two officials voted to hike; Warsh left further tightening open but did not commit to a December hike. BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF drew $136M yesterday, its third straight inflow session, showing buyers are still present. x.com x.com x.comÂ
Bitcoin's higher time frames may be entering a major bullish trend, so a slip in the daily trend matters little, and smart money is accumulating. Bitcoin has bottomed after a double failed breakdown below its 2025 low followed by a reclaim and its first bullish trend since, which points to at least $100,000. This could become its largest bullish trend ever, given the largest institutional backing it has ever had. x.comÂ
Whales waiting below while retail buys make Bitcoin vulnerable to a flush before a bear trap reverses it. After 3-5 days of chop, the path runs to $75K/$70K, rebounds to $87K, then targets $98K and $116K; the attached chart marks $126K as a mid-term target. x.comÂ
