Richtech Robotics is too close to a lotto ticket because of persistently untrustworthy management, despite its potential and very small market cap. x.com 

Richtech Robotics has broken trust, which matters more than its restatement. It said its FY2024 and FY2025 financials and four quarterly 10-Qs cannot be relied upon, mainly over warrant and SEPA accounting it calls primarily non-cash. But its December 10-Q said a material weakness was remediated, this filing says it was not, another is coming, and other adjustments could be material. Heavy panic selling looks likely despite the muted reaction. x.com 

It is far too early to invest in robotics, and ETFs such as BOTZ and ROBO are marketing wrappers full of legacy industrial firms and unprofitable startups. Teradyne's robotics segment brought in only $89M and cut 400 jobs, while ABB is spinning off its 12%-margin robotics unit. Humanoids still cost over $200k versus the $50-75k needed for mass use, a level projected for 2050. AI infrastructure spending is crowding out robotics capex; the alpha lies in the AI supply chain. x.com  x.com 

AmpliTech Group remains too risky to own despite a promising backlog. It is highly speculative with a very small market cap, falling year-over-year revenue and dilution, and like many similar speculative companies the open question is whether the backlog converts to revenue in a timely manner. Agility Robotics, via the Churchill Capital XI merger, is too early to own: it seeks a $2.5B valuation on an estimated $30-35M of trailing revenue. It is a really cool company, but no sure thing. x.com 

Robotics may be AI's next frontier, and the bigger opportunity may be everything that makes robots move, not just humanoids. Deploying millions of robots needs motors, sensors, vision, motion control and factory, warehouse and surgical automation. The picks and shovels include Amazon and Symbotic in warehouses, Teradyne, ABB and Fanuc in industrial robots, Rockwell, Honeywell and Parker Hannifin in automation and motion, Cognex, Ouster, Zebra, Intuitive Surgical, Serve and UiPath. x.com 

Serve Robotics is a Level 4 physical AI platform trading like a pizza-delivery stock, and it should revalue rapidly as robotics gains steam. Its fleet grew from about 100 robots a year ago to 2,000 Gen3 units in 44 cities, built by Magna, with 1.8M+ deliveries, a 99.8% completion rate and no major safety incidents; its autonomy stack works whether the payload is food or medical supplies. Ambarella ran too hard, its multiple expanding to price in a 3–5 year narrative, while next-twelve-month growth decelerates to 10–15%. Its SoCs pair with DRAM and NAND, so spiking memory costs pressure customers' builds and feed back as an indirect demand headwind. New revenue, such as a potential 10-year $800M LTA and $100M of lifetime robotics revenue, is long-dated and not yet secured. Redwire's new $500 million at-the-market offering, a large dilution for a $3.5 billion company, shows CEO Cannito can't be trusted to be financially disciplined. Redwire has good technology, and AE Industrial Partners' exit helps, but management has hurt shareholders many times. Ambarella is a high-conviction Buy over 2-3 years as a physical AI and edge robotics platform Wall Street still prices like a legacy camera-chip maker. Its 5nm and 2nm chips carry ASPs well above today's $15, and an $800M+ Hanwha deal over 10+ years adds a baseline near 20% of current scale.
