Richtech Robotics is too close to a lotto ticket because of persistently untrustworthy management, despite its potential and very small market cap. x.comÂ

Richtech Robotics is an extreme risk/reward bet: capturing even a small piece of robotics, potentially the largest market ever, would justify far more than its roughly $100M implied enterprise value. That figure rests on previously disclosed zero debt and about $320M of cash against a $420M market cap, numbers now in doubt while restated financials are pending. Buyers accept highly sketchy management and extreme uncertainty for the chance of extreme upside, which suits only a small position. x.comÂ
Richtech Robotics showed all the red flags: under $10M in the bank while trying to sell AI robots, which takes hundreds of millions to do properly, heavy at-the-market dilution, a team with little experience, and customers presented as partnerships. x.comÂ
Richtech Robotics has broken trust, which matters more than its restatement. It said its FY2024 and FY2025 financials and four quarterly 10-Qs cannot be relied upon, mainly over warrant and SEPA accounting it calls primarily non-cash. But its December 10-Q said a material weakness was remediated, this filing says it was not, another is coming, and other adjustments could be material. Heavy panic selling looks likely despite the muted reaction. x.comÂ
BOT risks trapping retail buyers at large gaps to its NAV, since its shares trade daily on hype and social media noise, amplified by insiders with big reach on X, while its private robotics holdings sit at rarely updated funding-round valuations with no continuous market check. Its 2.5% management fee and 3.22% total expense ratio also set an exceptionally high bar for returns. x.comÂ
Recursion Pharmaceuticals looks like a falling knife despite a compelling idea behind the company. @WessexCapital calls it a financial disaster that is perpetually raising money. A large capital raise and the resulting drop would be the signal to consider it, perhaps around $1, as a lottery-style venture bet. x.comÂ
