The password-sharing crackdown, ad tier and repeated price hikes amid declining time spent signal a mature business; podcasts and live sports look like attempts to find another growth leg. Viewing hours rose 24% year over year; CEO Greg Peters said Q3 churn improved globally and in the US, beating forecasts. Netflix's slowing growth and weaker outlook make it unattractive for now. Revenue growth decelerated to 11.8%, U.S. TV viewing share fell 0.8 percentage points, advertising guidance was reduced 10%, and full-year free-cash-flow guidance was cut $500M, despite expanding operating margins and better subscriber retention. x.com  x.com 

Netflix's revenue growth keeps slowing, with little sign yet that the trend will reverse. Third-quarter growth fell to 11.8% from 13.4% in the prior quarter; profit beat mainly on expense timing, while slower product rollouts held back revenue guidance. Competition remains the main concern: Apple, Amazon and Alphabet can spend heavily on streaming without relying on their libraries for profit. Netflix's 24x free-cash-flow valuation is still rich for its growth, so buybacks lack punch at that price. The stock looks headed down over the next five years: missing the early period prevents compounding, and even buying early is no guarantee of it. x.com 

Netflix's below-estimate revenue outlook, operating income and EPS leave the stock looking like dead money from here. It sees $13.44B in fourth-quarter revenue versus $13.51B expected; operating income was $3.50B versus $3.72B expected, and EPS was $0.67 versus $0.73. x.com 

Netflix's growing free cash flow leaves room to keep returning capital to shareholders. It repurchased about $4.8 billion of shares in Q3 and nearly $13 billion over the past 12 months, supporting long-term bullishness. x.com 

Netflix is not that cheap despite its collapsing stock price and lowest forward P/E in years. At about 20x forward earnings, with EPS growth driven mostly by buybacks, it trades at a 1 PEG, which is not compelling for low double-digit growth. There are better opportunities elsewhere. x.com
