WIN Semiconductors has what it needs to mass-produce CW lasers while the optical bottleneck keeps laser demand above supply. Digitimes reports WIN is expanding CW laser capacity, with products emerging in 2H 2026 and meaningful revenue likely in 2027 and 2028; it is also testing 6-inch InP wafers. Lumentum told Stifel at ECOC 2026 that UHP laser demand still exceeds supply and Nvidia Spectrum-6 CPO demand rose materially, with multi-wavelength lasers lifting ASPs. x.com
