Ondas Holdings' valuation is hard to justify, and its long-term risk/reward looks less favorable than AeroVironment or Kratos. Per @rzayev7895's read of the earnings, growth comes from acquisitions rather than organically, share count rose 200-300%, market cap roughly quadrupled, cash comes from stock sales, and most backlog arrived with acquired companies. IREN's governance is a red flag: it put a FinX influencer, Mike Alfred, on its board to shill the stock while continuously diluting shareholders through ATM offerings. It also acquired a PR company. Per @aleabitoreddit, IREN faces endless dilution like BKKT, ASST and SLNH, and Alfred has promoted every one of them. Ondas is an interesting drone defense business priced for nearly everything going right. At a $4.64B market cap on $24M of trailing revenue, it trades near 200x sales, versus one to two times for profitable defense contractors. Even full FY26 guidance of $170-180M implies about 26x, a software multiple on a hardware business. Redwire has good technology, and AE Industrial Partners' exit helps, but management has hurt shareholders many times.
