MP holds a 10-year $110/kg NdPr floor directly from the Defense Department, while Serra Verde, which USAR is acquiring, has a 15-year, 100% offtake with contractual floors for Nd, Pr, Dy and Tb. Completing that deal would make USAR a vertically integrated producer from mine to US magnets.
