Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft and Oracle should outperform as in 2023-24, because their free cash flow is about to inflect and big-tech performance follows FCF. They trade under 20 times earnings as revenue and backlogs accelerate and capacity is sold out into 2027, while the market punishes capex that builds their compute moat. Goldman's model has their FCF swinging from negative to $122 billion a quarter by 2029. As markets price 12-18 months ahead, the turn likely comes in early 2027. x.comÂ
