Software is the wrong place to be when AI lowers barriers to entry rather than raising them. It trades at 16x sales on 52% growth, but a 41% gross margin and a negative 139% operating margin mean every dollar of growth is bought at a loss. Snapdragon X2 Elite gives it edge-AI leadership, with over 100 Copilot+ PC designs. Q2 FY2026 beat on revenue of $10.6 billion and EPS of $2.65.
