Hyperliquid Strategies looks set for a huge repricing as HYPE appears ready for a breakout to $100 or more. The company has $1.4B of unrealized gains on its HYPE holdings and keeps costs low, with three full-time employees and a small office, per David Schamis. Stanley Druckenmiller is in, and management came through last month's dump intact. x.com
PURR stands to benefit as Hyperliquid keeps growing at an astronomical pace. Hyperliquid's revenue reportedly doubled over the last 30 days to $863.64 million. x.com
Hyperliquid Strategies (PURR) is positioned to absorb all of the current HYPE selling and then some. It is the best-run digital asset treasury by far, with no debt and a conservative, opportunistic accumulation strategy. Per @MarketsAlpha, Arthur Hayes, an entity linked to Andrew Kang and SideShift founder Andreas Brekken have been selling HYPE, while Hyperliquid Strategies is TWAPping more than $10M through Anchorage. x.com
Hyperliquid Strategies has a catalyst in the five-year exemption for tokenized stock trading, and crypto is very strong across the board. If the lows hold, the crypto bottom looks to be in. x.com
The US dollar looks set for a multi-year bear cycle because a multipolar world needs fewer dollars. Reserve managers are diversifying, trade settles in more currencies and central banks accumulate gold instead. Against an equally weighted basket, the dollar's half-century sequence of lower secular highs is topping again on its 7-to-10-year cycle. Every major commodity bull of the past century ran alongside a falling dollar, which could also bring a second inflation wave. x.com
Bitcoin is likely to be hit hard in the scenario expected next year, with the dollar index now seemingly certain to reach 108-110. @AtlasShrug1 warns that a dollar index at those levels would make it tough for bitcoin and could bring a retest of the lows. x.com x.com
Hyperliquid Strategies is an accretive, well-executed way to own HYPE for investors who aren't on-chain. Its share issuance isn't cashed out but added to the balance sheet as HYPE, and it has zero debt and over $1 billion in assets. Strategy issued heavily yet rose 42x from its 2022 low to its 2025 high, and from low to high Hyperliquid Strategies has actually outperformed HYPE itself. x.com x.com x.com
The US dollar is becoming a black hole for global liquidity, driven by Fed Chair Kevin Warsh's hawkish stance and a wave of AI-driven capital flowing back into US tech. Net long dollar positions have surged to $29.4 billion. BofA cut its EUR/USD target to 1.15 from 1.20 and now expects three more hikes this year, while Man Group sees another 5% dollar upside by year-end. This is an AI-monopoly story as much as a rate story, with capital leaving stagnant overseas markets to fund US computing. … Show more
The dollar cycle has likely peaked because the Fed's next move is going to be a cut. Supply-shock demand destruction is doing the Fed's job and a strong dollar is doing the rest, so rates should fall, the dollar weaken, and duration assets, commodities and emerging markets reprice. A soon-ish end to the war should work against this view, but even if it drags on much longer, the rates curve has priced it in through the end of 2026. x.com
The dollar's longer-term prospects are very negative: 2008 showed the dollar-based system was built on quicksand, and 2026 showed the US has lost its leadership of the Western-oriented world. Both are very positive for gold. First, though, the dollar might rise on a flight to liquidity. x.com x.com x.com
