NVIDIA has ended three months of sideways trading and moved back into positive gamma, with its moving averages fanning upward again. Options money is betting on $220-240 calls ahead of its August 26 earnings, and near-dated Mag 7 call buying shows institutions positioning rather than retreating. After hitting its first target, it is not a chase here; a pullback to $210-216 that reclaims $214 would offer a re-entry toward the prior $236 high. x.com 

Arm's downtrend continues, with whale accumulation gradually decreasing. Momentum bars at $207, $213 and $236 act as support, while resistance sits at $250-255. x.com 

Arm is set for a big move as AI data-center demand accelerates. Customer demand for its new AGI CPU has passed $2 billion for fiscal 2027 and 2028, Q1 revenue rose 22% to $1.29 billion on surging data-center royalties, and v9 adoption brings higher royalty rates. Arm remains wildly overvalued even after falling 175 points from its top, still trading at 336x earnings, 236x forward earnings and 61.5x sales. Eventually the bids will stop, there will be no bailout rally and chasers will be forced to learn the fundamentals. The price target remains $100-120, reached slowly and then all of a sudden. x.com 

Intel's huge Q1 beat and strong guidance show semiconductors have more room to run. Intel, AMD and Arm are a fraction of Nvidia's $4.9tn market cap and still have room to double, with targets of $130 for Intel, $600 for AMD and $400 for Arm. x.com 

Nvidia looks interesting again because rising earnings estimates have not been reflected in its valuation. FY28 EPS estimates rose about 25% in 60 days while shares stayed roughly flat; it trades below 14 times FY28 earnings with a mid-single-digit free-cash-flow yield. Exponential change is hard to grasp, and it is hard to see Nvidia not winning if the US does, though there is little capital to absorb market wobbles. x.com  x.com 

Arm Holdings is expensive against its earnings, trading at 92x forward earnings versus a typical 38x for chipmakers. At 38x next year's $3.05 EPS, fair value runs roughly $102-$130, so at $281.30 buyers pay about 116% over fair value. Smart money did not participate at all in last month's selloff, even as the stock fell 50% from its all-time high, and volume and price patterns are very clear.
