Hyperliquid's new manual borrowing gives users another reason to keep money on the platform, which supports HYPE. Users can now supply HYPE or BTC as collateral to borrow USDC or USDT without selling, with $10k of HYPE giving up to $6.5k of borrowing capacity, or supply stables to earn interest. Traders can hold coins, borrow against them and put idle stables to work in one place even when not trading perps. Per Hyperliquid, $269M was borrowed on day one. x.com
