Through Tesla's Fleet API, with customer permission, Lemonade separates manual miles from FSD Supervised miles and cuts rates 50% for every FSD mile, citing data that FSD is about twice as safe as human driving. Customers connect in the app with no extra devices, enabling real-time usage-based pricing in Arizona, Oregon, Indiana and other states. Tesla's FSD continues to drive sales as its physical AI strategy takes shape. Attach rates top 75% of North American deliveries, active subscriptions have reached 1.74 million, up 67% year on year, and Optimus production has begun. Root looks cheap at about 7x earnings while buying back shares, with proven fully loaded economics.
