Bitdeer's AI cloud business is scaling quickly alongside its mining. AI cloud ARR reached about $76 million at utilization as high as 95%, and a new 10-year lease for a 21.7 MW data center in Johor, Malaysia will host 128 Nvidia GB300 NVL72 systems from Q1 2027. June output was 990 bitcoin, up 388% year over year, at 73.0 EH/s. Its over 3 GW of power capacity is scarce amid a global power crunch, and in-house SEALMINER hardware lowers mining costs. x.comÂ
Bitdeer deserves a higher valuation than pure-play miners because it combines efficient Bitcoin mining with AI cloud buildout. It broke ground on a $36M plant in Sparks, Nevada, its first US production hub, targeting 10,000 SEALMINER rigs a month by year-end and completing its vertical integration from design to operation. It also unveiled the liquid-cooled Sealminer A4 Ultra Hydro. Analyst consensus targets sit at $22-24, with some as high as $35. x.comÂ
Bitdeer is a cheap call option on AI data centers, with a 3GW pipeline barely priced into its roughly $4.1B EV. Its edge is designing its own ASICs, letting it upgrade to 12.5 J/TH and later about 9.5 J/TH with SEAL04 at a fraction of the capex peers pay Bitmain, versus IREN's 15 J/TH. Bitdeer's 2027 AI-cloud revenue estimate is highly sensitive to delivery of two large deals. The $1.3-1.7B estimate exceeds consensus of about $950M for total revenue, but depends on 67MW at A901 in June 2027 and 65MW at A202 in September 2027. Bitdeer's mining capacity does not translate into a competitive AI cloud because reliable, high-quality compute, not raw power, is the constraint. Against @Tradin1983's 1,600 MW figure, Bitdeer has only 2.5 MW of AI power. Bitdeer's mining business may support meaningful value even if Bitcoin stays near $80,000, giving its speculative AI case a second engine. Its cash-contribution chart assumes 15,720 BTC mined annually at $61,051 cash cost per BTC, implying $298M at $80,000 Bitcoin, versus a roughly $2.2B valuation. Bitdeer is going all in on AI cloud GPU-as-a-service, which could re-rate a roughly $3B market cap. Its Johor A201 site has over 70% of 21.7MW contracted for $1.7B over five years, about $340M a year or $15-22M per MW. With 65.1MW expected by Q3, it could reach $2B ARR; at 15 times earnings that implies about $18B. Hitting 350MW by Q1 2028 would mean about $8B ARR and a $60B value. Nebius' software efficiency and a possible end to heavy AI financing support a re-rating. Per @DrTomsLens, its engineers got about 43% more video output from the same GPUs, cutting compute cost per second by 30%; newer hardware alone is not enough without capable software teams.
