Cerebras signed a 10-year, $1.1B anchor lease, up to $2.5B with options, at its 40MW Alabama AI campus, expected to bring over $100M a year once live; 15MW arrives by December 2026 and 25MW by early 2027. Its NeoCloudz GPU rental adds revenue, and 2027 guidance is $250-300M, about 2x forward revenue on a $650M cap versus 5-15x for peers. Phase 2 financing is unsecured and dilution continues. x.com
