Nvidia's rising revenue alongside a much lower P/E is getting hard to ignore. Its chart shows quarterly revenue above $80 billion in Q2 2026 while the P/E is around 30x, down from much higher multiples in prior years. x.com 

Microsoft offers growth in certain segments as fast as or faster than other megacaps at a 50% discount in the multiple. Daily price action is deceiving; if the stock were up $30, the opportunity would be obvious, so treat the current price as a chance to go back and capture it. x.com 

Nvidia looks interesting again because rising earnings estimates have not been reflected in its valuation. FY28 EPS estimates rose about 25% in 60 days while shares stayed roughly flat; it trades below 14 times FY28 earnings with a mid-single-digit free-cash-flow yield. Exponential change is hard to grasp, and it is hard to see Nvidia not winning if the US does, though there is little capital to absorb market wobbles. x.com  x.com 

Nvidia's 0.39 PEG suggests its valuation is low relative to growth. Its 26.56x P/E and 17.55x forward P/E are below their respective ten-year medians of 50.36x and 26.5x. x.com 

Microsoft should reach new all-time highs soon as the upcoming OpenAI IPO and its cheap valuation lift a stock that has been a laggard for a while. With an Anthropic IPO also ahead and compute scarce, the market should re-rate companies that invested in capex early, and Microsoft, like Oracle, has seen momentum ignition. x.com 

Nvidia looks due for a catch-up trade, with the stock near three-year lows relative to AMD. A mid-to-high-teens P/E also seems hard to ignore. x.com 

Nvidia in 2026 is not Cisco in 2000: it grows over 100% a year at far lower multiples, making it still an amazing buy and likely the first $10T company, possibly by 2028. Cisco peaked near 200x earnings, 30x sales and 176x FCF on 55% growth; Nvidia trades at 30x, 18x and 45x with 75% gross margins. Microsoft's valuation is starting to look attractive at about 22x forward earnings, a 4.5% earnings yield, for a pristine, wide-moat compounder with secular tailwinds. It remains a cash machine, funding heavy AI and infrastructure spending from its own operations while still generating plenty of free cash flow, without borrowing or issuing stock, even with shares down double digits this year. x.com 

Microsoft is losing ground in fast AI innovation and is not cheap enough to compensate. Copilot was strong a few months ago but is no longer competitive in an agent-driven world, and the stock closed below its 200-week moving average for the first time since 2013. At about 21x forward EPS for 22% growth it is solid but not cheap, and compared with Nvidia there is little argument for allocating even 1% of a portfolio to Microsoft. x.com
