Cerebras uses only 40 of its 400 MW of secured power, its NeoCloudz GPU cloud targets $100M annualized by year-end, and it ordered $35M of NVIDIA Vera Rubin into the drawdown. Meta's unmet AI demand pays its bottleneck suppliers. Super Micro's $19.5B quarterly outlook and under 8x forward earnings point to a double. CoreWeave's Meta deals total $35.2B; it should easily top $100. Builders say nearly all new sites use Dell or Super Micro; Dell could easily double. Digi Power X's proposed 40% cap on RSUs and stock options looks shareholder-unfriendly because it could enrich executives at shareholders' expense. Vote no on proposals #5 and #6. The earlier executive-pay plan dates to 2025, making that concern less compelling; the cap increase from 20% to 40%, if understood correctly, remains the issue.
