Google's power deal validates Fervo Energy's story after a rough August. On September 1 Google signed a 396MW PPA for Fervo's Cape Station enhanced geothermal power, scalable to nearly 1GW by 2030. That followed August 12 earnings that revealed Cape Station curtailment and cut guidance to $60-80M, and Hagens Berman is probing pre-IPO disclosure of that risk. VivoPower has great potential, with final 10-plus-year leases targeted by June 30, 2026, for its 41.5MW Mo i Rana AI data center in Norway as the major near-term catalyst. Bidding from shortlisted AI tenants exceeded expectations, and closing could lift economics well beyond the asset's roughly $31M revenue and $10M EBITDA. Hydro-powered assets and a Finland and UAE pipeline tie it to the AI power theme behind IREN and Oklo. The Tembo EV spin-off and a buyback add support. x.com 

Fervo Energy's Google deal is far off while its risks are near. Google signed to buy 396 MW of geothermal power from Fervo starting only in 2028, with up to another 600 MW by 2030. Fervo is still pre-revenue, with heavy capex and execution risk, including about $1.2B of planned spending through Q1 2027. The market isn't buying data-center stories right now, and the stock's 20% gain had shrunk to 9%. x.com 

FuelCell Energy's $225M raise funds a ramp that matters because fuel cell blocks ship in months while gas turbines are 3+ years out. June's Fit Energy deal covers up to 380 MW of datacenter baseload, with a deposit down on the first 30 MW, and the balance sheet is now net cash. The books are ugly, with $168M revenue shrinking 5%, a -99% operating margin and a $225M trailing loss, and the stock's 470% gain is momentum, not earnings. FuelCell Energy being the named fuel-cell partner for the Newport Township data-center project is huge, provided the company actually builds the capacity. Per @ThematicTrader, the project spans 1,386 acres of former mining land, and while the Fit Energy contract maxes out at 380 MW, the site could support about 1.2 GW of IT load. Oklo is turning its advanced nuclear reactor plans into execution. Its Groves isotope facility in Texas reached criticality on August 5, which Oklo calls the fastest greenfield-to-criticality run for a privately funded reactor in history. Meta signed an agreement letting it prepay for power from a planned 1.2GW Oklo campus in Ohio, the first Aurora powerhouse at Idaho National Laboratory is targeted for 2028, and Oklo holds $3.0B of cash and securities. x.com 

Vistra's roughly $4.2B in government financing to upgrade three of its four nuclear plants is very bullish, because nuclear power is growing scarce while AI data-center demand explodes. As an unregulated power producer, Vistra has more exposure to market-based electricity prices. The AI trade is becoming a power trade, and more nuclear deals should follow. x.com  x.com 

AI power generation is now all about deployment speed, with a shortfall of about 38 GW through 2028, of which only about 15 GW will be met by the grid, per Morgan Stanley. Bloom Energy looks pricey at about 82x earnings, but a bull case of about $25B of 2030 revenue implies $16.70+ EPS and $668 at 40x. Gas winners include Howmet, GE Vernova, Caterpillar and Baker Hughes. Cheap solar plus batteries deploys in 18-24 months, favoring Nextracker, Shoals, Fluence, Tesla and Albemarle. x.com 

FuelCell Energy could ride AI data-center power demand with high-temperature fuel cells for clean baseload, scaling 12.5MW FuelCell Blocks for hyperscalers.
