Bit Digital deserves to trade at a discount because management is levering its ETH to finance a related party it controls, so shareholders should not value that ETH at NAV. Its new "Strategic Asset Company" label defines a category around its own activities and compares it with DATs and ETFs that do not perform them. Bit Digital's Q2 was strong financing but weak operations, so its revenue should stand on its own before paying up. Headline growth came from WhiteFiber, partly from a departing customer, while mining and Ethereum staking have shrunk. Bit Digital borrowed $50 million against its ETH and committed up to $150 million to fund WhiteFiber's NC-1 build. Shifting ETH into liquid staked tokens lets it be written down but not back up. WhiteFiber's ability to fund its ramp without dilution was the key test for the stock, and a convertible announcement worth about a quarter of its market cap, flagged by @OG_PViews, cuts against it. Bit Digital trades at a discount to its assets, about 73 cents per dollar of net asset value. Its WhiteFiber stake is worth about $515M and its 164,842 ether about $420M, versus a $570M market cap; net of convertible debt that is about $2.18 a share versus a $1.59 price. The discount is smaller than it looks: WhiteFiber, 55% of assets, is down 59% since June, and some ether is pledged as loan collateral not subtracted. BitMine's buybacks below NAV should drastically boost shareholder value while its larger staked ETH position increases potential staking income. Its mNAV is about 0.88x; it repurchased 22.9 million shares for $399.6 million in 2026. Bit Digital is the best way to play WhiteFiber now because it adds crypto exposure as crypto winter nears a cyclical end. Heavily indebted data-center and compute names, including CoreWeave, IREN, Cipher, TeraWulf, Core Scientific, Riot, MARA, Hut 8, Bitdeer and Bit Digital, are vulnerable if credit tightens next year. High-debt firms get punished in tightening, especially if a credit freeze stalls projects, and panicked markets sell everything. Bitmine Immersion's structure is broken: it trades at $21.04 against NAV of $22.46 per share, a 6% discount, even as ETH rises. Management keeps diluting shareholders, and Tom Lee is paid on performance against ETH, so he is compensated even when Bitmine underperforms while shareholders absorb dilution. The actual share count only surfaced two weeks ago. Holders may never capture ETH's upside through this vehicle, and a class action lawsuit may be brewing. x.comÂ

RoboStrategy is a red flag because buyers pay about five times its net asset value, effectively valuing its Figure stake at over $200 billion versus Figure's $39 billion valuation. Shares trade at $37.92 against a NAV of $7.34, and about $2 billion of ongoing dilution exploits that gap.
