Nebius's integrated AI cloud offers a substantial long-term opportunity beyond simply controlling powered land as training and inference demand expands. It builds data centers and GPU clusters and runs networking, storage and customer software; Microsoft and Meta have multi-year commitments. The correction after a 10x rise is unfolding, but deeper price targets have not been reached; the next 6-12 months could offer a more attractive entry than near the highs. x.com 

Nvidia's shares remain pressured because neoclouds have yet to show demand revenue can cover debt service even at higher rates. CoreWeave and Nebius are dragging the shares, though that concern is being priced in and digested. Reuters reports ByteDance, Alibaba and Tencent ordered $35B in Nvidia chips; Elon Musk says SpaceX is on track to bring roughly 200,000 GB300 GPUs online per month through end-2026. Nebius's revenue growth has sharply outpaced its stock, compressing its forward valuation to the lowest since its IPO. Quarterly revenue rose from $146M to $582M over a year while the stock gained about 50%; forward EV/revenue fell from 24x to 6.5x. x.com 

Nvidia is building the connective tissue for the next AI cycle through strategic investments, pricing the decade while the market prices the war. It put $2B into Nebius to secure European AI cloud capacity, backing a company targeting $7-9B in revenue by end-2026, and is deploying $7B into Intel and Marvell. Nebius is growing off compute scarcity like the other neoclouds and risks becoming little more than a REIT for GPUs. @LukeFalasca notes its growth is ridiculous, but the real question is how efficiently it converts demand into revenue and free cash flow while funding a capital-intensive buildout. x.com 

Cheaper AI tokens increase usage, which pushes up GPU prices as each dollar buys more intelligence. That is extremely bullish for AI infrastructure companies including Nebius, whose stock looks completely disconnected from its fundamentals, data, tailwinds and management commentary. x.com 

Nebius looks like a clear stock promotion rather than a viable for-profit business, much like Oklo. A quoted skeptic questions valuing Nebius on EBITDA when everything hangs on debt and its largest asset, GPUs, is short-lived. Bulls hold their view, and reality will come for them in due time. x.com 

Nebius's $4.5 billion convertible note offering and exchanges of existing notes for shares could pressure the stock. It plans $2.75 billion of 2030 notes and $1.75 billion of 2034 notes for data centers, its AI cloud and GPUs, while holders swapping 2029 and 2031 notes for Class A shares may sell them or adjust hedges, which could depress the price. Neoclouds also fell as Treasury yields rose; their debt makes them fragile in headwinds and better suited to swing trading. x.com 

Nebius's exceptional growth makes it the best way to gain data-center exposure while the AI-sector rally still has room to run after its pullback. The risk/reward looks super attractive here, but this is extremely risky compared with usual holdings and not necessarily a ten-year hold. x.com 

Nvidia is a no-brainer over Cerebras for AI infrastructure exposure: it is expected to grow faster at a far lower valuation. Nvidia is seen growing 81% this year versus Cerebras' 69%, at 12x forward sales and 12x 2028 EPS, versus 60x and 41x for Cerebras. Nvidia is the clear GPU performance leader, while Cerebras, despite a nice quarter and OpenAI deal, is an innovator in a crowded custom-chip space.
