Fresh funding for AI expansion supports a continued bid for AI stocks as compute spending shows no sign of slowing. Meta committed to $95B in shareholder dilution for AI, Anthropic is set to have $200B in cash in a couple of weeks, and SpaceX got a $40B Apollo loan solely to buy more Nvidia GPUs. The Anthropic IPO might even be a positive catalyst rather than the negative one many fear. x.com

SharonAI looks untrustworthy: its 10-K falsely claimed NVIDIA as a shareholder. Per @DeepSailCapital, it once had a joint venture with NUAI that it "sold" and its management seems as shady as NUAI's, while a post the author replies to says customer ESDS is not legitimate and calls it a pump and dump. x.com  x.com 

Sharon AI is turning from a speculative story stock into a contract-backed sovereign AI compute play, though the sharp post-news pullback argues against blind short-term buying. Governments in Asia-Pacific, Australia and Europe want AI data off US public clouds, which drove its $950M domestic contract, and $350M of GPU funding is secured. It partners with NEXTDC instead of building data centers. Q1 revenue was only about $2M with a $58.1M net loss. x.com 

Nvidia's cash could have more value invested in AI companies with strong demand but too little capital to scale, especially neoclouds that can execute. Their valuations look very attractive now, making equity stakes preferable to more buybacks or dividends despite criticism of circular deals. SHAZ is probably a short, with shady details about the company easy to find, but shorting it is unwise. The same team took NUAI up 20x from its bottom, SHAZ's SPAC NAV is $500 a share, and staggered unlocks give insiders reason to keep the price up in a thinly traded stock. x.com 

Sharon AI landing its first deal with Nvidia is a bullish sign, and an impressive win for a company that small. @burak_finance cites $2.2B in take-or-pay contracts, a six-year Nvidia deal and $1.6B of oversubscribed financing from Oaktree and other top institutions. x.com 

SharonAI is a neocloud renting out GPU compute, a tollbooth on the AI buildout, with a one-year target of $200 base and $300 if the GPU ramp lands. It is deploying up to 40,000 NVIDIA GB300s in a 72MW AI factory and just closed an oversubscribed $1.6B private placement. Leopold's fund raised its stake to 19.9% while its book shorts chipmakers but stays long compute and power, a bet on the bottleneck. The shares are down about 30% from June highs. x.com  x.com 

CoreWeave looks positioned to be one of the biggest beneficiaries of years of demand for GPU computing at scale. It should be one of the most important players in the AI infrastructure buildout, with Jensen Huang and Nvidia deeply tied to it. Nebius and CoreWeave results are constructive for SharonAI because the marginal price of scarce near-term AI compute is rising, and SharonAI has plenty left to sell. As of August 6 it had 212 MW secured and 92 MW uncontracted, up from 16 MW uncontracted on July 16. On consensus it trades at 0.8x 2027 EBITDA, versus 11.8x for Nebius, 9.9x for IREN and 5.6x for CoreWeave.
