Short seller Bleecker Street reports that the CEO allegedly siphoned millions and that the $1.25bn anchor contract is with a small Indian data center operator whose newest major customer is sanctioned. SharonAI has moved up in conviction after Nvidia's endorsement and sudden institutional support from Oaktree Capital, Situational Awareness and Goldman Sachs. Situational Awareness likes its Australian data-sovereignty angle and is not put off by the CEO's colorful history. Rising data center costs and scarce chips are hurdles for new teams, and heavy dilution lies ahead, with this raise adding 78% to the share count, so it is hard to size big this early. x.com  x.com

Xanadu's stock was a textbook trap that has now sprung, falling about 60% premarket as insiders exit. An S-1 registered about 294M shares for resale by existing holders, which brings the company nothing and floods the float of a startup with $4.6M in annual revenue. A multi-billion-dollar valuation was unsustainable, and as a post-SPAC name its hype premium evaporated once lockups and conversions hit. Brilliant technology doesn't make a safe stock when insiders rush for the exits. x.com 

SharonAI, the IREN of Australia, offers the best risk/reward on potential catalysts. Leopold owns 19.9%, rumors of an Anthropic deal are swirling, and Nvidia might take a stake. Compass Point raised its price target to $110 from $90 and maintained a Buy rating, implying 83% upside. x.com 

SpaceX's slide after its IPO was obvious given a valuation that was too high, no revenue and huge share unlocks. As DeFiMidas noted, the next unlocks add about 14% of shares on September 24, another 14% on October 25 and about 28% on November 7, a large wave of new supply while the stock is already struggling after the IPO hype. x.com 

Rising Dragon Acquisition, Yunji and Tenon Medical are shorting opportunities because nothing but low float and momentum is holding them up. All three are top gainers with no news or filings. Premarket traders build momentum, retail chases the stock higher, and early buyers then take profits, reversing the move. Shorting no-news top gainers has an excellent success rate over time. x.com 

Nebius and CoreWeave results are constructive for SharonAI because the marginal price of scarce near-term AI compute is rising, and SharonAI has plenty left to sell. As of August 6 it had 212 MW secured and 92 MW uncontracted, up from 16 MW uncontracted on July 16. On consensus it trades at 0.8x 2027 EBITDA, versus 11.8x for Nebius, 9.9x for IREN and 5.6x for CoreWeave. It is early stage with higher execution risk, and uncontracted capacity hurts if pricing deteriorates. x.com  x.com 

SharonAI's new five-year B300 contract looks highly profitable. Priced at about $4.15, it pays back in roughly three years including the data-center shell, leaving the remaining two years as pure profit. SharonAI holds about $1.9B of cash against a roughly $2B market cap, though it also carries convertible debt. x.com
