Sharon AI is turning from a speculative story stock into a contract-backed sovereign AI compute play, though the sharp post-news pullback argues against blind short-term buying. Governments in Asia-Pacific, Australia and Europe want AI data off US public clouds, which drove its $950M domestic contract, and $350M of GPU funding is secured. SHAZ is probably a short, with shady details about the company easy to find, but shorting it is unwise. The same team took NUAI up 20x from its bottom, SHAZ's SPAC NAV is $500 a share, and staggered unlocks give insiders reason to keep the price up in a thinly traded stock. x.com 

SharonAI, the IREN of Australia, offers the best risk/reward on potential catalysts. Leopold owns 19.9%, rumors of an Anthropic deal are swirling, and Nvidia might take a stake. Compass Point raised its price target to $110 from $90 and maintained a Buy rating, implying 83% upside. x.com 

Sharon AI landing its first deal with Nvidia is a bullish sign, and an impressive win for a company that small. @burak_finance cites $2.2B in take-or-pay contracts, a six-year Nvidia deal and $1.6B of oversubscribed financing from Oaktree and other top institutions. x.com 

SharonAI looks untrustworthy: its 10-K falsely claimed NVIDIA as a shareholder. TeraWulf deserved to rise on its Anthropic deal, and Sharon AI on a possible deal using its existing Australian data center footprint, unlike IREN, whose move is pure speculation with no physical footprint in Australia.
