SharonAI looks like a pump and dump, with management as shady as NUAI's, with which it once had a joint venture it says it sold. Short seller Bleecker Street reports that the CEO allegedly siphoned millions and that the $1.25bn anchor contract is with a small Indian data center operator whose newest major customer is sanctioned. That operator, ESDS, is not a legitimate customer. @RHouseResearch says SharonAI falsely claimed NVIDIA as a shareholder in its 10-K. x.com  x.com 

SHAZ is probably a short, with shady details about the company easy to find, but shorting it is unwise. The same team took NUAI up 20x from its bottom, SHAZ's SPAC NAV is $500 a share, and staggered unlocks give insiders reason to keep the price up in a thinly traded stock. x.com 

Sharon AI landing its first deal with Nvidia is a bullish sign, and an impressive win for a company that small. @burak_finance cites $2.2B in take-or-pay contracts, a six-year Nvidia deal and $1.6B of oversubscribed financing from Oaktree and other top institutions. x.com 

New Era Energy & Digital's shifting data-center story is not credible. @AtlasShrug1 notes the partner keeps changing, from PDI to Stream and a hyperscaler to talk of Anthropic via Theseus, with no LOI. The Sharon AI JV, what NUAI paid and what it got, says everything about the company. Sharon AI is turning from a speculative story stock into a contract-backed sovereign AI compute play, though the sharp post-news pullback argues against blind short-term buying. Governments in Asia-Pacific, Australia and Europe want AI data off US public clouds, which drove its $950M domestic contract, and $350M of GPU funding is secured. It partners with NEXTDC instead of building data centers. Q1 revenue was only about $2M with a $58.1M net loss. x.com 

SharonAI has moved up in conviction after Nvidia's endorsement and sudden institutional support from Oaktree Capital, Situational Awareness and Goldman Sachs. Situational Awareness likes its Australian data-sovereignty angle and is not put off by the CEO's colorful history. Nebius and CoreWeave results are constructive for SharonAI because the marginal price of scarce near-term AI compute is rising, and SharonAI has plenty left to sell. As of August 6 it had 212 MW secured and 92 MW uncontracted, up from 16 MW uncontracted on July 16. On consensus it trades at 0.8x 2027 EBITDA, versus 11.8x for Nebius, 9.9x for IREN and 5.6x for CoreWeave.
