SHAZ should rise at least 10%, perhaps more, on Nvidia's announced 2GW AI infrastructure expansion in Australia with SHAZ, IREN, Firmus and others. x.com

SHAZ is flying under the radar as it scales AI data-center capacity. It announced a $350M five-year deal with an unnamed frontier lab, yet the stock barely moved. Capacity rose from 132MW to 212MW, with a goal of 1GW by 2030 or earlier, and it is seeking more in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia. x.com
Sharon AI landing its first deal with Nvidia is a bullish sign, and an impressive win for a company that small. @burak_finance cites $2.2B in take-or-pay contracts, a six-year Nvidia deal and $1.6B of oversubscribed financing from Oaktree and other top institutions. x.com
Sharon AI is turning from a speculative story stock into a contract-backed sovereign AI compute play, though the sharp post-news pullback argues against blind short-term buying. Governments in Asia-Pacific, Australia and Europe want AI data off US public clouds, which drove its $950M domestic contract, and $350M of GPU funding is secured. It partners with NEXTDC instead of building data centers. Q1 revenue was only about $2M with a $58.1M net loss. x.com
SharonAI looks untrustworthy: its 10-K falsely claimed NVIDIA as a shareholder. Per @DeepSailCapital, it once had a joint venture with NUAI that it "sold" and its management seems as shady as NUAI's, while a post the author replies to says customer ESDS is not legitimate and calls it a pump and dump. x.com x.com
SharonAI is a neocloud renting out GPU compute, a tollbooth on the AI buildout, with a one-year target of $200 base and $300 if the GPU ramp lands. It is deploying up to 40,000 NVIDIA GB300s in a 72MW AI factory and just closed an oversubscribed $1.6B private placement. Leopold's fund raised its stake to 19.9% while its book shorts chipmakers but stays long compute and power, a bet on the bottleneck. The shares are down about 30% from June highs. x.com x.com
AI agents' productivity over human labor should lift GPU demand and rates for neoclouds. The bottom looks in for CoreWeave, Nebius, Boost Run, Sharon AI and IREN. Gavin Baker says token prices can fall as revenue per GPU rises; paraphrasing Elon, even $38 per GPU-hour can pay off. CoreWeave's five-year fixed contracts may lag current rates; Boost Run has less capacity locked in. If SpaceX takes more growth, slower cash burn could rerate neoclouds, though smaller customers may pay less. x.com … Show more
AI infrastructure bottlenecks could give eight stocks as much as 18x upside. Nvidia supplies frontier-model GPUs; Broadcom and Marvell supply custom silicon and networking; TSMC makes advanced chips; Micron supplies sold-out HBM; Vertiv provides power and cooling; Palantir monetizes enterprise AI; Alphabet spans TPUs, research, cloud and apps. The list tracks where AI infrastructure spending is flowing. x.com x.com
Nebius and CoreWeave results are constructive for SharonAI because the marginal price of scarce near-term AI compute is rising, and SharonAI has plenty left to sell. As of August 6 it had 212 MW secured and 92 MW uncontracted, up from 16 MW uncontracted on July 16. On consensus it trades at 0.8x 2027 EBITDA, versus 11.8x for Nebius, 9.9x for IREN and 5.6x for CoreWeave. It is early stage with higher execution risk, and uncontracted capacity hurts if pricing deteriorates. x.com x.com
Enterprise and neocloud demand is creating a second wave of AI infrastructure spending, with tailwinds for Nvidia and Super Micro. Dell forecasts 200 GW of AI data center growth through 2030, half driven by these customers, and estimates a $1 trillion AI infrastructure opportunity over the next four years. AI servers could enter a new growth phase in 2027, with higher shipment volumes and more revenue per deployment. x.com
Nvidia's CUDA retains developers, putting it among 12 stocks that could dominate the decade ahead. Nebius's GPU rental price rise signals demand; Fabrinet and Credo supply AI connectivity. DraftKings has betting scale; Microsoft has Azure and an OpenAI partnership; Figma anchors design work; Shopify powers stores. TeraWulf pivots power sites to AI leases; Constellation, the largest US nuclear operator, signs big-tech power deals; Meta spends on AI; Uber has autonomous-vehicle partnerships. x.com … Show more
SharonAI has moved up in conviction after Nvidia's endorsement and sudden institutional support from Oaktree Capital, Situational Awareness and Goldman Sachs. Situational Awareness likes its Australian data-sovereignty angle and is not put off by the CEO's colorful history. Rising data center costs and scarce chips are hurdles for new teams, and heavy dilution lies ahead, with this raise adding 78% to the share count, so it is hard to size big this early. x.com x.com
