Uranium stocks remain attractive even in an equities bear because commodities and equities tend to alternate leadership over long cycles, while uranium's projected supply deficit extends into the 2040s. Commodities had reached historically undervalued levels against equities when last checked and are due for a major relative resurgence, probably as equities blow off then crash. Uranium is even more bullish than the broader commodity case: a major equity crash would not erase its deficit. x.comÂ
Energy Fuels is the critical-minerals play as the US needs domestic uranium and rare-earth supply while nuclear demand accelerates globally. It runs the only licensed and operating uranium mill in the US and the only facility able to produce separated rare earths domestically. It mined 1.72 million pounds of uranium in 2025 and just produced the first US terbium oxide in decades. Consensus sees 2026 revenue of $147 million, up 123%. x.comÂ
Uranium has been trading terribly, and many longs are true believers who need to be disappointed before it has its time, even as energy security grows more important. x.comÂ
Uranium and nuclear stocks look to have bottomed as AI drives record demand for nuclear power and carbon goals. Google signed a major power deal with Constellation Energy, adding 890 MW of nuclear capacity in PJM, and France expects EU approval to subsidize six new reactors totaling about 10 GW. The IEA sees global electricity use rising about 5,400 TWh by 2030, and Goldman Sachs estimates a 2.3 billion-pound uranium deficit through 2045. Fall seasonality and a double bottom add support. x.com … Show more
Rising uranium prices and the Westinghouse IPO, which retail has largely not been tracking, make the uranium sector very attractive right now, and uranium names are already running. x.comÂ
Uranium has a second window of opportunity because the Iran war showed energy-importing countries they must control their own power. The Hormuz crisis spiked energy prices worldwide, and Korea, Taiwan and even Germany are moving back to nuclear, which runs 24/7 with zero carbon and stores years of national power in a small space. After Fukushima, uranium fell to $16 a pound against roughly $40 production costs. Rick Rule says the war opened a new window, and the stocks have not caught up. x.com … Show more
A new uranium rally looks set to start soon. Per Goldman Sachs, uranium is another commodity bull market, driven by about 20 new US reactors over the next two decades, reactor restarts and longer reactor lives, while supply keeps disappointing and a 32% supply deficit is expected by 2045. x.com x.comÂ
Energy Fuels is expensive against its earnings, trading about 30% above fair value. It sits at about 20x forward earnings while uranium miners usually get 14x; 14x next year's $0.48 a share, give or take 12%, implies $5.98-7.60. The valuation also leans on the forecast, with forward earnings 117% above trailing. This is a valuation read only, based on reported earnings and revenue estimates. x.comÂ
Uranium Energy is a steal as a debt-free US uranium producer, and it is the kind of company a hyperscaler could buy to lock in power. Uranium is the best 24/7 power there is, needing no sun or wind. The shares trade around $9 after being above $20 earlier this year. x.comÂ
Nuclear energy will be the only option as data centers rise from 4% to 8.5% of US peak power demand by 2027, supporting uranium and nuclear-power exposure. x.comÂ
