Ethereum's strong ecosystem is not translating into enough ETH value capture to support significant appreciation unless that changes. The Ethereum Foundation selling ETH again is frustrating; buybacks and stronger incentives for L2s to accumulate and buy back ETH could improve the token's economics. Ether's distribution is its biggest weakness, because proof-of-stake enshrines the Cantillon effect and poorly distributed moneys always fail. Proof-of-work spreads supply through forced selling by miners, who have real costs. Ethereum's long proof-of-work history does make its distribution unusual among chains that started as proof-of-stake, and @lex_node raises fair points, but distribution would be a major reason if Ethereum fails. x.com  x.com 

Stellar is gaining institutional scale as the world's largest tokenized fund puts most of its assets and investors on its network. Spiko and Amundi's $2.38B SAFO fund records $1.65B on Stellar, with 90% of investors holding shares there. MetaMask now makes Stellar a default network, giving users access to XLM without another wallet. Solana looks like last cycle's Ether, a laggard among the majors, because its inflation keeps diluting holders. Emissions run about $5 million a day at current prices and rise as price climbs, and even with the new proposals SOL would remain inflationary. Growth in onchain activity does not accrue value to the token, and SOL was the worst-performing major even as ETH moved up. World Liberty Financial's proposed token changes should support its price. Under the governance proposal described by Turkish crypto posters, about 62.28 billion presale tokens would be locked for two years, then vest linearly over two more, and about 4.5 billion tokens would be burned. Stellar is back in the RWA and tokenized-assets narrative after DTCC selected it as one of the rails for its tokenization service, a big development for the ecosystem. XLM is finally showing strength after a long consolidation, and a clean breakout above $0.16 could push it toward $0.18 and potentially $0.25. x.com 

Nano does not meet the criteria for investment yet: it needs a Turing-complete virtual machine and a DeFi ecosystem whose use burns supply before it becomes interesting. Its Sybil resistance does involve some work per transaction, but feeless transfers alone, as a post the author replies to touts, are not enough. x.com 

Stellar's XLM is starting to move after quietly processing cross-border payments for banks and institutions while the market ignored it. x.com 

Growing demand for tokenized finance could make XRP, Stellar, Hedera and Chainlink increasingly important as traditional finance moves onchain. PwC reports 822,000 tokenized-asset holders, 10 times the end-2024 level, and 259 million stablecoin holders, up 83%. Over 80% of surveyed investors expect better global reach and round-the-clock market access; 41% of institutional investors say better custody and trading infrastructure would encourage them to invest more. x.com
