Money concentrates liquidity in few assets; stablecoins and wrapped bitcoin dominate Ethereum swap pairs, while stablecoins take lending share. On Solana, stablecoins dominate lending and are starting to replace SOL in swap pairs. Litecoin and Kaspa should lose monetary premium as programmable ecosystems mature. Solana's financial activity is scaling through stablecoin volume and institutional tokenized funds. Solana is now a much larger coin and has already had its big growth phase, so Bitcoin should recover first. Solana moves about 1.35x as much as Bitcoin, so a 1.5x Bitcoin move implies roughly $195-$200, not the $234 level at Bitcoin's $125K high. Ether should outperform Bitcoin next cycle because of the leveraged overhang in the STRC, Strategy and Bitcoin complex and Bitcoin's quantum concerns. Ether has narrative tailwinds from upcoming upgrades adding quantum resistance and privacy, plus a real, Lindy moat in stablecoin transactions, though it is not actually deflationary.
