With four customers driving nearly all sales and two above 60%, Credo has little bargaining power if a hyperscaler demands lower prices, delays deployments, dual-sources or spends less, and any change could crush the stock. Credo offers exposure to a massively growing AI buildout as a major connectivity supplier to hyperscalers and data centers. AI training and inference need thousands of GPUs to communicate through high-speed, lossless links, which Credo provides via electrical cables, optical solutions and retimers. Per Alpha Scope, it fell 18% despite beating estimates, with revenue up 157%, earnings up 231%, raised guidance, a 0.11 PEG, 21% ROIC and almost no debt. x.com 

Credo's 45% drop from its high was about customer concentration and valuation, not demand, making it a great long-term buy. The latest quarter beat on revenue and guidance: revenue grew 115% to $479M, a seventh straight quarter of triple-digit growth, and management guided to more than 85% growth for the fiscal year. Credo's upside looks capped as growth falls short of earlier expectations and large stock-based compensation, hidden behind GAAP financials, looks excessive. BofA cut its target to $275 from $340 and Evercore to $292 from $325 on deceleration worries, the 1.6T DSP is delayed, and operating cash flow fell to $90M.
