Anthropic's long-term compute commitments make semiconductor stocks' pricing of a sharp downturn next year look too pessimistic. Anthropic has committed at least $44.9 billion to Microsoft by May 2033, approximately $114.5 billion to Google by July 2033 and $110 billion to Amazon by April 2036, largely regardless of usage.
